Moving to Berlin from east of England with MyCheapRemovals

A few months ago, our company MyCheapRemovals had the opportunity to move a client from the east of England to Berlin, Germany.
Our client did not know how to convert her belongings into storage capacity (m3). Fortunately, our customer service knew how to help immediately and suggested that the client send a list of things to be included in the move. Our customer service department, after consulting the transport office, decided that the best and most advantageous option would be to offer the customer 10 m3. To be sure, we have sent the customer the Inventory file for additional checks. It turned out that after the customer completes the form, the order is around 10m3.
The next step was to check the price. The customer entered our website MaChepRemovals, where he indicated the place from which the goods will be picked up and delivered. He chose the preferred date of the move and its size (in this case 10m3). Here, too, the customer service informed the customer that the 10m3 is a part load, and the customer will be sharing the van with another customer. Therefore, our transport office will also need three days to collect the goods. The client agreed to this, and he made a quote from our website.
After receiving the price, the client decided to make a booking. The price the customer received was £1129. Also, the customer received information that the quoted price included:
- ferry fees
- customs fee
- fuel for the whole transport
- the first hour of the driver’s assistance with loading and unloading
- standard Goods in Transit Insurance (up to 20,000 GBP per van)
- fees and charges (including fines) caused by our negligence
- delays or events outside our reasonable control which increase or extend the resources or time allowed to complete the agreed work
- British 20% VAT
To this end, the customer returned to his quote, which he received from MyCheapRemovals, chose the 10m3 option, and clicked the “Book now” button. After placing the order, the client called customer service to check if we had received the booking made by him. We have confirmed that we have received the order and will then enter it into our calendar, and we will send you an order confirmation by email. And so we did, we sent the order confirmation with information between which days we will be picking up his move. Also, we let him know that we will provide the exact date and time of the move at the latest day before the planned pick-up of the goods. At the time of sending the confirmation, we informed the client that he had sent us additional documents necessary for customs clearance.
As we had previously informed the client, we let him know the day before the scheduled pick-up when and at what time we would pick up his belongings. We also sent him our driver details. Our client confirmed all details about the exact collection and delivery date and time. Also, he let us know that we prepared everything and he was ready for us.
Markus was the driver and he arrived on the removal day on time. Our driver helped the client carry the boxes. When the driver had placed and secured everything on the van, the customer gave our driver a tip because he knew that MyCheapRemovals offer only driver assistance. The goods arrived the following day. Before unloading in Berlin, the client called us and informed us that he was still at the airport and probably will not arrive at the agreed time. We advised the client not to worry because such situations happen sometimes. The driver arrived at the delivery address earlier and waited there for the customer.
When the customer finally came to the address your driver assisted in moving all boxes into a new apartment.
After unloading, the customer called us to thank us personally for the very good service. As a moving company, it is very nice for our customers to be satisfied with our services. And the biggest reward is to leave a good opinion on our website. Or recommending our company to other clients.
