Fabulous from initial enquiry to finish, Justyna answered all my questions and really settled my nerves, she was totally honest and open with my expectations and I could contact her easily. She dealt with my booking needs with loading and delivery dates, extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the whole process. Great communication, which helped immensely.
Marek the driver was fantastic, his customer service was impeccable, all items dealt with care loading and delivery. A very polite and helpful gentleman.
There were a couple of items that were broken, this is not a problem for me as I take responsibility for packing the loose items. I would have liked to be informed though.
However, I would absolutely use this company again with no hesitation. This was a very good experience, a great example of a company ensuring that their services are fulfilled from the start to the end. Read Less
