Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Justyna and the team at My Cheap Removals. They made moving our home from Spain to England a total breeze! From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and easy. As soon as I first chatted with Justyna, she answered all my questions and was always there to reassure me.
Last year, when we moved to Spain, we had a terrible experience with another company that gave us a ridiculously low quote. When we reached customs, they claimed we were over by 800 kilos! We knew that wasn't right since we had asked for receipts and invoices, but they just wanted us to pay up right there and then. In the end, we had to fork out £1,800 or they wouldn’t deliver our stuff. Never using Wilson Removals again!
But My Cheap Removals had my back and promised that wouldn’t happen again. They scheduled everything perfectly and were super flexible about changing our moving day. The driver was a legend; he contacted me the night before and kept in touch. He showed up bright and early, even managed to park in our tricky spot, and got all our stuff loaded up in no time.
In just two days, he made it all the way back to England and even waited for us. My flight was delayed, but it didn’t bother him at all. Everything arrived safe and sound, and we got it all into our new place. This whole experience was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend My Cheap Removals.
There are tons of companies out there, but these guys are not only affordable; their customer service is top-notch. They really take care of you and treat you right, which isn’t something I can say about others.
